Venting and Piping
3 inch PVC is often used to vent radon outdoors, and can be used in a variety of configurations. Suction points draw radon out through crawlspaces, garages, drop ceilings, etc., using a coring bit to drill through basement slabs and create suction. Fan ON - OFF switch provided in the basement on every installation. Suction can be observed through a u-tube manometer, and come with a state mitigation tag and radon information packet.
Sump Pump Lids
Fan system exit through attic roof. Options may allow for fan to be installed inside your attic.

Radon reduction systems often feature EPA approved sump pit lids, with a viewport, to reduce radon gas.Radon presents a hazard in two ways. As it decays, it gives off energy in the form of alpha particles. Alphas aren’t generally much of a threat unless they are inhaled. When a person breathes in radon gas, the energy from the decaying particles can damage DNA in the cells of the lungs.

To mitigate radon in a crawlspace, polyethelene sheeting is used to cover gravel as shown, often using a secondary suction point.

To create suction and remove radon gas, an inline fan is placed in your radon reduction system. As shown in the pictures, these fans can be strategically placed under decks, inside attics, or outside the home using colors to complement the home's exterior.
Exhaust Venting Above Roofline
Venting radon gas above the roofline of the home is mandatory, and can be accomplished using gutter piping that complements the color of the home. Proper flashing is done around rooftop exhaust pipes.
